Martin Thomas has is starting to play with the ARM Cortex M3 microcontorller. Martin is the brains behind some great tools like WinARM and WinAVR. He put up a projects page with examples using the GNU-Toolchain from Codesourcery. I hope he does a WinARMCortexM3 soon.
